An afternoon that brings together the culinary minds and creativity of Ferran Adrià, legendary chef of elBulli, Albert Adrià, Head Chef of Enigma, and Rasmus Munk, Head Chef at Alchemist.
Together, these three chefs represent 40 years of culinary development, and this gastronomic legacy forms the inspiration for the symposium “Beyond the Plate 2024”.
Ferran Adrià, Albert Adrià, and Rasmus Munk, will be joined on stage by renowned American author and food chemist Harold McGee as well as surprise speakers from the world of art and design. The seminar will also feature a panel discussion on legacy, sustainability, and creativity.
The talks will be held in Spanish and English with simultaneous translation.
“Beyond the Plate” is a series of multidisciplinary symposiums where the Alchemist team brings together culinary icons and representatives from the arts and the scientific fields from all over the world in Copenhagen.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
